Operation Code Hanger

Provides brand-new clothing and essential items to children and seniors experiencing crisis, transition, or unexpected hardship.

Whether it is an officer, detective, agency or safe house on the front lines of trauma, crisis or human trafficking, many of our most meaningful referrals begin with a badge.

When a child has been safely removed from their home, or a family simply does not have the means to properly clothe them, Code Hanger steps in.

But we do not ask only for a size.

We ask their favorite color. Their favorite character. What they love. What might make them smile.

Because sometimes a child is not ready to talk.

Sometimes the first connection begins with Spider-Man. Sometimes it is a favorite color. And sometimes, it is a pair of Nikes.

We are not simply filling a bag with brand-new clothing. We are choosing with intention. Helping a child feel seen. And sometimes, giving the person beside them one more way in.

That is why NEW is our standard.

"People often ask why Beverly's Angels insists on brand-new items. The answer is simple: they haven't seen what we've seen. When you've walked into homes where children have so little, you realize that a brand-new pair of socks, a new outfit, or a new toy isn't just an item. It's a message. It says, 'You matter.' Once you've witnessed that reality, your perspective changes. You realize that when someone has already lost so much, good enough isn't good enough."
