Faith Schwalback

Faith Schwalback is a dynamic and passionate individual, holding the roles of founder and board member at both Beverly's Angels and her eponymous company, Faith Schwalback. As a successful mastermind mentor and coach, she positively transforms lives on a daily basis. Faith's influence extends far beyond her immediate community, garnering recognition not only from local news but also on a national level. Lester Holt of NBC Nightly News interviewed her regarding the creation of The Kindness Squad, highlighting her unwavering dedication to community work and culture. In addition to her roles as an author and entrepreneur, Faith is a magnetic force and an inspirational motivational speaker.

Beyond her professional achievements, Faith's personal life is as fulfilling as her career. Married to her high school sweetheart, Scott, the couple forms a robust support system, acting as a wellspring of inspiration and motivation for Faith's endeavors in the non-profit sector.

As the driving force behind Beverly's Angels, Faith's vision and determination have played a pivotal role in the organization's growth and success. Her steadfast commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of those in need has shaped the organization's core mission and values.

Simultaneously, Faith is building a powerful personal brand through Level Up Mastermind. Here, she continues to inspire and empower individuals, drawing upon her expertise and experiences to facilitate their personal and professional growth.

Anne Butler

Anne Butler is a leading executive and advisor in the direct selling industry. Ms Butler has successfully run global businesses for Avon Products, Inc, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Inc and PartyLite Gifts, Inc. Specializing in international market development, Ms Butler started her career with Avon, serving as Marketing Director in Madrid, Spain, Vice President of Avon Fashions in Sao Paolo, Brazil, and Milan, Italy. She then served as General Manager, Avon Fashions for Europe. At Mary Kay, Ms Butler was President of Western Europe in Munich, Germany. In 1999, Ms Butler became President of PartyLite International, and later headed worldwide operations as CEO until 2012. During this time, she served on the Direct Selling Association’s Board as Vice Chairman and as a member of the South Shore, Massachusetts YMCA Board. In 2015, she served on the board of AdvoCare International, a Dallas, TX nutritional direct selling company. She currently serves on the board of Charles and Colvard (CTHR), an original pioneer of the lab created Moissanite gemstone. Since 2012, Ms Butler heads Butler Advisors, LLC, advising the investment community as well as direct selling companies.

Jacquelyn (Jacy) Allen

Jacy Allen was born and raised in Naples, Florida where she earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. While raising her family, Jacy attended Ave Maria School of Law and earned her Juris Doctor in 2015. Prior to attending law school, Jacy was an active volunteer in her children’s schools; she was an active member of the Parent Teacher Organization and School Advisory Committee and chaired the School Board Advisory Committee as well..

During her years in law school, Jacy was fortunate to obtain internships with the Honorable Douglas Frazier, Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Florida, the magistrate’s office for the 20th Judicial Circuit, and the staff attorney’s office for the 20th Judicial Circuit. She was also a member of the Moot Court Board, an Associate Editor of the Ave Maria Law Review, and Treasurer of the Women’s Law Association.

Jacy is passionate about giving back to her community and believes in Beverly’s Angels wholeheartedly. Jacy understands that providing new essentials to families in need builds confidence in an environment that can otherwise feel very daunting.

Dr. Stephanie Ahasic

Dr. Stephanie Ahasic is the owner of Synergy Health and Thrive IV Bar in Naples. She graduated with her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Seton Hall and UBCC. Dr. Ahasic provides a full range of healthcare services to help Make Naples Better and dedicates her work to that mission by providing consistent support to her community. That mission has grown since becoming involved with Beverly's Angels in 2022. From the beginning, she saw that Beverly's Angels was different from other local organizations and embraced the mission of empowering the community with the Yours First Philosophy.

Jennifer Silva

Jennifer Silva is the owner of Ellie Mental Health of Southwest Florida. She began her venture in early 2022 with a passion to transform the culture of mental health. She found creative solutions to reduce stigma, normalize care, and provide access to mental health resources for anyone who needs support. She just opened her first location in Naples with Estero right behind. She has made a commitment to serve Southwest Florida by opening five locations by 2026.

Prior to working in the mental health industry, Jen was a partner with Starbucks Coffee Company for twenty three years. Jen held many roles at Starbucks throughout her tenure, while her most recent role was District Manager. She held that role for thirteen years, overseeing the operations and leading the teams of 13-20 locations, 13-20 direct reports and larger teams of up to 300 partners in and around the NY Metro Market. Her strengths come in business management, people leadership and the ability to develop high performing teams that deliver outstanding results across all platforms.

Jen is passionate about serving others and helping the people around her become the best version of themselves. Her purpose in life is to be fulfilled, while bringing joy to the people around her and helping them find peace and calm in their hearts and homes.

Mandy Emerson

Mandy Emerson is a social media strategist helping female entrepreneurs grow their business using social media. She, like many others, lost her job due to the pandemic. That May, she took a leap of faith, invested in a coach & a dream not fully realized, of earning a full income using social media. She has since hosted Reel workshops, spoken at conferences & virtual summits, had multiple viral reels, sold six figures her first year in business & officially launched the Fierce Social Society with over 185 members since opening in January 2022. Mandy has a big heart & desire to serve other women in entrepreneurship to help them stand in confidence that they are exactly where they are called to be!

Donna Giannantonio

Donna Giannantonio is the Fulfillment Coordinator at Beverly's Angels and is currently retired. Donna graduated from Ohio State University and enjoys spending her free time with her husband, two children and grandchildren. She worked at Cuyahoga County public library for twenty five years, taught school for ten years, and owned her own business as well; presently, Donna is a director on the board of the USA/Toy Library Association and Beverly's Angels. Donna splits her time between Naples and Ohio and continues to give back to her communities year round.

Melissa Davidson

Melissa Davidson is a Financial Sales Manager at First Citizens Bank on Marco Island where she strives to help her clients achieve their financial goals for a prosperous and secure future. She was born and raised in Ohio and moved to Naples, FL in June 2005 with her children. She loves spending time with family and friends along with volunteering in her community. Helping make a difference in people’s lives is a very meaningful passion, and she finds great joy in volunteering and giving back to the community while enhancing people’s lives.

Carey Gilcher

Carey Gilcher is a twenty two year veteran educator who served thirteen years in the classroom, three years in District administration, and six years as a school administrator. She was born and raised in Syracuse, NY and earned her Bachelor’s degree in English and Communications from LeMoyne College in 1994 and her Master’s of Education degree in Educational Leadership from American College of Education in 2017. As a first year school principal, Carey is a passionate advocate for children in Collier County. She has served her community as a softball coach for South Fort Myers Little League, as an artist for Empty Bowls Naples and Chalk Art on 5th, and through various hurricane relief efforts after Hurricanes Wilma, Irma, and Ian.
