Blueberry Chicken Pasta Salad 8 oz cooked and cooled pasta 1 1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, baked 1 c blueberries 1/2 c Olive Standard olive oil 1/2 c Olive Standard balsamic vinegar Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Oregano Mix all ingredients except balsamic - drizzle over the top and enjoy! Caprese Pasta Salad 8 oz cooked and cooled pasta 12 oz halved cherry tomatoes 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls 10 large basil leaves Olive Standard olive oil Salt, Pepper, Garlic to taste Toss and enjoy! Antipasti Salad 20 oz cooked and cooled pasta 2 hearts of romaine, shredded 1/2 lb salami, sliced and cut into squares 1/2 lb provolone, sliced, and cut into squares 1/2 lb pepperoni, diced 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls 1 cucumer sliced thin 1 red pepper sliced into strips 1 c mild pepper rings 1 white onion sliced into strips Salt, Pepper, Basil Olive Standard olive oil Mix and enjoy!
