If a set of golf clubs are repackaged dose that means they have used before?

Yes, this means that have been damaged somehow, but were restored to their current state, which claims to be "just like new." They could have gotten their hands on them in many ways. 1) We could take as trade credit and rehabilitated someone profits. 2) The club may have been permanently damaged from the manufacturer (even if made), and then sold sporting goods store discount. # 2 is the most likely scenario. I never buy refurbished electronics, but may take account of golf clubs. If you know more about them, make sure you at least ask what was wrong with them. I do not know, but it is worth asking.
