Getting Better in Golf

When reshafting golf clubs, should I remove the hosel weight and coated again? Or is it necessary?

I meet a lot of noise is wantt the hosel weight requirement did when I removed the head of the club.

If the hosel weight is loose, put some epoxy on it and paste it here again in epoxy when the head again. Dries Nice and tight and there will be no noise.
