Golf Swing Training Aids
Can anyone suggest a swing training aid that works?
Like most people who learn to play golf, I form out of the swing. I was wondering if anyone had any success with training aid.
Here is a cheap way to help. In practice drink bottle of water until 1 / 4 full. Stand behind the ball and find the finish line. Set bottle about six inches behind ball and 2 inches off the line of the goal. Now you have to swing down the line or inside / Lose the bottle. I use this exercise with my golf team. you crazy, but it does not hurt the club if they hit the bottle. You are forced to shoot on target. Swing at a ball 10-15 times like these, then remove the bottle.
