An introduction to screen printing

Screen printing is the type of printing method particularly compatible for flat or flat. It is mostly used for t-shirts, clothing and other fabrics. Serigraph could still be used for all sorts of other metal plastic substrates. Although information complex small and can be collected by the screen printing is preferably adapted to project bold and graphic.

The process includes fine mesh head or on the display, which is extremely stretched over a rigid frame. Areas that could not be printed are masked on the screen. To print out the screen is set to print things with a dollop of thick ink. A squeegee is also used to push ink across the screen.

The masked areas taken out of ink through the aggregation, but the unmasked areas to allow the ink embossed on the material available. The last step involves sending of things on a conveyor belt through a heat tunnel. This method is generally compatible for one or two simple graphs in color, but in vain to attract more multifaceted. For multicolor jobs, screen printers often use photosensitive emulsions to create hidden areas. This ensures that the inks dry quickly remedial courses so they could be stacked or packaged materials. Properly treated inks will almost certainly continue in the printed substrate even under harsh conditions.

If the flag is very popular in the past, design trends, the course is recurrent then displays the difference. Consequently, a design that requires of four different colors are four different screens. The screens are typically installed in a rotating machine which allows testing of different colors to fit in or register in the other. Some screen printers have fully automatic presses that do not require manpower than the loading and unloading system.

When a screen-printer objects in black print on a printer dock that are necessary to ensure that colors maintain their vivacity. All the basic colors (usually white) is applied to through the final print is preferred, it is then Flash Heal and colors are printed at the top. This flash-cure method adds a new step in the trip, but says sparkling prints in black, or black material.
