Golf Driving Mats
Why can’t i hit a golf ball off the grass?
Ive been practising at the driving range hitting off of the mats. I am ususally very consistent and can get a hold of every club with nice flight and distance. Then when i hit off of the grass the ball goes nowhere and I either top it of it dosent get any lift or distance. I am a little better in the fairway but very inconsistent. If the ball is in the rough forget about it. I am new to golf (playing for about 6 months) and would appreciate any tips.
Stop using the mats at driving ranges. Try to go to one that you can hit off grass.
