Bill of sale used golf cart is about?
We bought a golf cart is used today to 3500.00. Lead testing yesterday and that was fine. The deed states that the seller in writing "as is" and told us there was nothing wrong with this ….( write a check) After driving for a couple of hours today, the thing was so bad the exhaust smoke that surprises me the birds do not fall from the trees. husband tried to call the guy and wouldnt know I can not answer or remember. So ….. husband is now in charge of the thing and he is bringing home the boys (as type I). We intend to suspension payment on the check in the morning. Are we outta luck? We just purchased about 5 hours ago Views MAX .. or suggestions? I'm here waiting anxiously for my husband to see what man says or does deejaysp …. … Thanks for the quick response. No, we ask the kids when we bought today. I heard my husband talk to him about it.
It's like buying a used car. As is … no guarantees. Selling hope that the act as alleged. It seems that there can be "seen you coming." Lamentable. I guess you could put a stop payment on the check, but I'll bet that did not respond because he was in the bank … cashed.
