Golf Back Brace
What should I do with the chest / muscle outstretched hand?
While on the golf, I had retired / injured a muscle back of my hand. I put a splint on his hand and waited a few days and it hurts when I take things with handles and such and when I make a fist. It seems when I shoot something, it hurts. Does anyone have any idea what could help?
